Chocolate Almond Milk Shake
Ingredients
- BB3 Post-Training Protein Powder – Chocolate
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Shaker Cup or Blender
What To Do
- Pour 8 oz. of COLD unsweetened vanilla almond milk into blender or shaker
- Add 1 scoop BB3 chocolate protein powder
- Shake or blend vigorously
- Drink it and enjoy it!

If you had the option, and the two shakes were isocaloric with the same protein, carbohydrates, and fat.. would you rather drink a shake made from whole food (closest to it’s natural state before blended) or a protein powder shake?
