One of my most impressive clients of all-time was not a professional athlete or celebrity but a fourth-grade school teacher, Cliff Goodrow. I was in my infancy as a trainer when I began training Cliff. He is without a doubt the most disciplined client I have ever trained. In fact, the only time I can recall him ever not adhering to his eating 100% was when he was scooping out homemade preserves for his nephews and he licked the spoon. That is impressive.
