  • Stevia for additional sweetness (optional)

  • 1/2 C. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 C. low fat granola
  • 1/2 C. Berries

For Men looking to add Muscle Mass:

  • 1 C. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 C. low fat granola
  • 1 C. Berries

For Men whose priority is getting LEAN:

  • 1 C. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 C. Low Fat Granola
  • 1/4 C. Berries
