- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ cup egg whites (3)
- ½ cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp cinnamon extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp strawberry preserves (Smucker’s light)
- Mix together to form a thick batter.
- Then cook in a nonstick skillet on medium heat until solid enough to flip.
- When finished, top with preserves and chow down.
