Easy Egg-White Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp fat-free mayo
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- pepper
Step One: Boil 2 to 6 eggs and let cool.
Step Two: Remove shell, cut eggs in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
Step Three: Place egg-whites in bowl along with one tablespoon fat-free mayo and ½ tablespoon mustard.
Step Four: Mash with a fork until evenly distributed.
Step Five: Spread egg mixture between two slices of whole-wheat bread.
Optional: Sprinkle pepper to taste.
