  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup oatmeal, dry
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method of Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender except for the blueberries and blend until smooth.  Fold in the blueberries.  Enjoy!
  2. Pre-heat a medium nonstick pan. Lightly spray the pan with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of the batter in the pan and cook until the edges are brown. Flip and cook the other side until lightly browned.
