Blog: Mental Conditioning

You probably already know a few things that you need to do to have more energy, get stronger and look and feel your best, but you’re not doing them.

And there’s probably things that you know are preventing you from achieving your goals but you’re still doing them.

If you’re like most people, you’ve had the same dream for your body for many years, yet it has eluded you.

What does it take to master your body?

There are 2 sides to this, the physiology (the actual strategy), and then there’s the psychology.

The psychology is what holds most people back.

Here’s the first step to aligning the psychology with the physiology…

If you’ve ever been successful with anything in your life it’s because it was a top priority.

It was the thing you thought about most of the time.

You were focused.

As a result, you made better choices.

Choices that moved you towards your goal.

That’s the first step.

You can’t just want this.

You have to be obsessed.

If that’s something that you don’t want to do, then just scratch it off your list.

It’s never gonna happen.

That sounds harsh and a little negative, but after 2 decades of working with some of the most successful people on the planet, I can tell you without a doubt that it is the absolute truth.

Dabbling will get you nowhere except frustrated.

How do you become obsessed (In a good way)?

How do you get focused?

Simple.

Think about all of the great things that will happen once you’re there.

Write down what you’re going to feel like.

How people are going to react to you.

How you’re going to feel when you look at yourself in the mirror.

When you can lift more weight, run further, do more without pain.

What will your life be like with energy coursing through your veins.

What will your life be like once you’ve mastered your body?

When it’s no longer an issue…a thing that holds you back.

When you no longer feel like a lamb.

When you realize you’ve always been a lion!
Write it down now. Don’t wait!

You got this!

All great things are first created in the mind.
