The title sounds too good to be true; however, this is actual research. In this video, Harvard professor Amy Cuddy gives a powerful and transformative presentation. What if there was a scientifically proven method that boosted testosterone by 30% and lowered stress hormones (cortisol) by 25% without any pills, drugs or supplements…in fact, it is free and you can do it right now and it takes only 2 minutes.
Make this part of your life and it has the potential to change everything for the better.
After you watch it let me know what you think in the comments below.
Wow! This is great def going to try it right now!!!!
What an amazing and powerful message!! Thanks for sharing! Course, I had to try this WHILE watching the video!! So, the first thing I notice is what it does for breathing – totally opens up your lungs, which if you tend to sit in even a slight slouch (I do) this makes an immediate difference!
I’m adding the 2 minute power pose to my daily calendar!!
So awesome … Thank you. I have presentation coming up that I am dreading … I can’t wait to try this out
When I saw this was 20 minutes long I almost bailed out but she had me hooked after 30 seconds. As a psychology major I find this absolutely amazing. This is the kind of thing shy high school kids should be seeing and wathing and practicing! Another great find BB3….
PS-I’m doing this know before th egym to get my testosterone up!
Interesting information! A bit scientific in parts so I fast forwarded a bit to get to the good stuff. I found myself trying the poses as well!! I’m going to share this info with my KIDS!
THANKS BILLY!
I’ll definitely be sharing this video with my speech class next semester!
No fancy research but two comments from my experience:
1) I’ve read that just raising your arms (as in reaching a high shelf) can improve confidence before making a speech or presentation, and 2) a colleague, Dr. Paulette Dale (author of a speech textbook) teaches “the walk of the matador” as how to approach the podium before making a speech…
It is most interesting to note that the power poses help to lower cortisol levels–this is very significant!
The Power Pose video was Awesome!
Everyone can relate to it and I for one will use it . Thanks for sharing Billy!
Fake it till you become it. Love this and sounds similar to NLP techniques. You can tell her passion, this was fantastic.
Beautiful…………….
