1 Minute Abs
Everyone is looking to get a flat belly or six pack and it seems as though they will stop at nothing to get it. A lot of savvy marketers are offering products that will with one simple exercise device give you the abs you have always wanted. There are even belts that electrically cause your abdominals to contract. It promises to burn off the fat. Pills that give you abs…oh yeah if you want them you can buy them. Hell, there are even lotions to rub on your stomach to burn off the fat and flatten it out!
Do these pills, exercise gadgets, pills and electric belts burn off belly fat?
No, they are all bull shit. So what’s up with “1 Minute Abs” then? It is one piece of the puzzle. In order to transform you body you must focus on the 3 Pillars of Power.
Pillar #1: Mental Conditioning
The first step is to create the destination in your mind. You must know what you want. Each day you must envision how you want to feel and look like. You must create your ideal. This daily mental exercise conditions your mind to keep you on course even when you would rather stay in bed and eat cookies.
Pillar #2: Effective Eating Strategy
The next step is to begin nourishing the body with the right combination and quality of nutrients so that it creates an internal environment conducive to burning fat, adding lean muscle and speeding metabolism.
Pillar #3: Physical Training
And last but not least, Physical Training. Resistance training stimulates the body to build muscle and speed metabolism. Cardiovascular conditioning is implemented in order to strengthen the heart and circulation. The circulatory system delivers nutrients to needed areas of the body to speed the regeneration process and burn fat.
Neglect One and Fail
Each Pillar of Power is equally important and no one is more important than the other two. Much like a 3-legged stool with each leg representing one of the three Pillars of Power. If any one of the three is missing or deficient then frustration will ensue and eventually your efforts will collapse.

The abs workout is amazing. Can you please upload a session for increasing arms ( biceps, triceps and forearms) size. The shoulder, chest and the back workouts are amazing. I have started doing these exercises in the gym and man, I get dead tired.!! After the gym sessions I can only say one thing: AMAZING SESSION. Thanks a lot Billy. Waiting for the arms training video.
