A1. TRx Pikes 10 reps

A2. TRx Mountain Jumpers 10 reps

A3. TRx Mountain Climbers 10 reps

A4. TRx Side Winders 10 reps

Rest 30-60 seconds & repeat up to 3 times depending upon your conditioning and goals.

Note: Abdominal & Core exercises do NOT burn fat off your stomach fat. To remove belly fat and get a flat stomach or to reveal your six pack (we all have one, it’s just hiding out under the blubber) you must have a plan that challenges all of the major muscles, you must eat in a manner that releases fat for fuel and have a set of tools that condition your mind so that you consistently follow through on your plan.
