20% Body Fat Down to 12% Body Fat.
During the past eight weeks, I have set and accomplished a goal I never thought possible. I am proud to say I dedicated myself to eating properly and working out consistently with the assistance of Billy Beck III. There were many temptations to go off track; however, I always kept my mind focused with the support of friends and family, as well as my trainer, to achieve this goal.
I met with Billy every Friday at 8:00 p.m. and I knew that I was going to get a great workout and learn a lot at the same time. With a lot of hard work and determination, I am officially 110 pounds with 12% body fat which is a long way from 120 pounds and 20.8% body fat. This experience has given me a better body but more importantly it has given me a better attitude and positive outlook on life. I now feel like I can accomplish anything! I receive compliments all the time sometimes from total strangers. When you see yourself every day it’s hard to see any difference like others do so that feedback helped me to keep striving toward my goal. I have learned that nutrition and exercise are as important for a physically fit body as it is for a healthy mind and soul. I would like to thank Billy for his support along the way and for helping me exchange a life full of beer, cigarettes and blurred memories for one of passion, energy and fulfillment. Thanks!
